Pirena Advance 2012

Media 3.14 and Media Sports Marketing have produced the television coverage of the Pirena 2012 mushing race for Affinity Advance, the main sponsor of the event. The challenge for the companies involved introducing an important transformation of Pirena’s television products, both in content and visual treatment.

A team of 30 people have followed all the stages of the race, using the latest audiovisual technology to capture the most spectacular images of the raid. Alvaro Bultó, a well-known sportsman and adventurer, has hosted the special programs aired in Teledeporte, Marca TV and La Sexta 2, adding his personal point of view to the race and experiencing it himself as guest musher.

This winter crossing, one of the largest in Europe, has been aired by Teledeporte, Esports 3, La 2, Marca TV, La Sexta 2, Canal Nou 2, Canal Sur 2, ETB SAT and TPA with excellent audience results: a 300% increase over the previous year.
