abertis telecom and MEDIAPRO joined forces to offer mobile audiovisual relay services and fixed satellite services through an agreement which integrates their respective broadcast services and mobile television link-ups in Spain.

Overon was created with the goal of meeting the challenge, through the leveraging of the latest technologies, of offering their clients immediate direct access to moving pictures and breaking news stories wherever they are generated.
