| laSexta series receive 16 Emmy Award nominations |
| “Human Shield”, “How I met your mother”, “Larry David”, “The Office” and “Family Guy”, among the nominees

laSexta series have picked up 16 nominations in the 62nd edition of the prestigious Emmy Awards, considered the Oscars of the TV world and which will be presented at the awards ceremony in August in Los Angeles.
The series “Human Shield”, recently premiered in prime time, has got three nominations. The cult laSexta series, “Larry David”, “How I met your mother” and “The Office” have all picked up four nominations each, for best comedy for “Larry David” and “The Office”, best actor for Steve Carell (“The Office”) and Larry David, and best actor in a supporting role for Neil Patrick Harris, for “How I met your mother”.
“Human Shield”, the series that tells the story of a body-guard and which made its debut on laSexta last Friday, has picked up 3 nominations this year, best coordination of specialists, best header design and best original music.
The comedy “How I met your mother” has picked up four nominations in this year’s awards: one for best actor in a supporting role for Neil Patrick Harris, best direction in a multi-camera format, best original sound-track and best wardrobe.
“Larry David”, the show starring the American stand-up of the same name has been nominated for best actor as well as three other nominations for best comedy, and best editing for the episodes “The Table Read” and “The Bare Midriff”.
The comedy “The Office”, has been nominated in four categories in this, the 62nd edition of the Emmy Awards. The series has been nominated in the best comedy category, as well as best actor for Steve Carell, best script and best sound mix.
The cartoon series “Family Guy” has also been nominated in the best original soundtrack category for the episode “Extra Large Medium” in this year’s awards.
