| Ovideo celebrates its 25th anniversary | ||||

| Ovideo is currently celebrating its 25 years of advertising, film and TV production. Ovideo was founded with the goal of being a creative production company and this objective has been its driving force since 1985. In advertising it has its own company in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon, with sales, management, production and post-production teams, facilitating a quality, rapid response to client needs. Production project highlights include work with a variety of high-profile film directors covering a range of different styles and themes. In 1991, Ovideo began to produce films alongside other production companies. In the year 2000 it took on its first solo film project and since then they have produced 15 films. “Flores negras”, “25 kilates”, “El juego del ahorcado” and “Pretextos” are just some of their most recent cinema projects. In television, its production centres on series, mini-series and tv-movies. It has close relationships with European producers and clients include many of the major European TV networks. TV3 is currently showing the programme “Més Dinamita”, a series created by Tricicle and produced by Trivideo, a company formed by Ovideo and Tricicle, with audiences above the channel average for every programme. In May 2002, MEDIAPRO reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in the company. 25 years after its founding and 8 years on from joining the MEDIAPRO group, Ovideo has a long list of successes under its belt. It is currently working on a variety of different projects for TV including the filming of the mini-series “Ermessenda” and it will soon premiere its latest film project “La vida empieza hoy” by Laura Mañà. | ||||
